Although you can find good writers on freelancing sites, you are basically getting recycled information. Most of the time it is just a matter of the freelancer replacing like words and switching words around. By doing this it passes applications such as Copyscape and DupeCop. 

For the most part, however, you will get many freelance writers that do not speak English as their first language. This poses grammatical errors, a complete different meaning to the content and more.  With these factors the content is then useless and the client wastes money. Most of the time the buyers of the content end up completely editing and re-writing the content in order to use it on their site. At that point they have not only wasted money but they have wasted time as well (which we all know equates to more money).

CEdit Software offers something different. We have a process in place that starts with American writers that have experience and knowledge in the niche you need. Once the content is finished it is passed to an editor that reviews the content for any missed grammatical errors, correct content and more. Once approved by the editor it is sent to the client for review. At this point the client can accept the articles or they can ask for a revision.  In this process we allow for up to 3 revisions.
 

What is a Revision:

A revision is when the client sends back the article and lets us know what they found wrong with it. Items that are considered acceptable revisions include (but not limited to):

• Tone of the article (Example: Conversational vs. Technical)
• The client feels the content is “off-topic"
•  Wrong use of a keyword or subject
• Too General/Not Clear

Although we edit the articles and pay extreme attention to detail, each client is different and has their own expectations of their content. This is why we offer up to 3 revisions.

What is Not a Revision:

• A completely different subject
• Adding a higher word count
• Same article with different word choice (also known as a re-write)

Items that are not acceptable revisions fall outside the original scope of work. It is important that a client knows what he or she wants before requesting a quote.

Title and Keyword Information

Titles or subjects for content can be completed two ways.

1.  The client provides the titles and keywords that will be used in the articles/content
2. CEdit Software will create the titles and keywords that will be used in the articles/content

If a client chooses option 2, titles and keywords will be given to the client to approve. Articles will not be started until all titles and keywords are approved.
